London Holiday Studio Apartment

This wonderful studio apartment (1 of 3 similar properties - see Shoreditch Academy 1 and 3) has been thoughtfully designed by the owner with art and comfort in mind. There is a large partitioned sleeping area and a cleverly furnished living area including a modern kitchen and bathroom which makes this studio perfect for any business trip or holiday. The apartment has high quality furnishings throughout, an immaculate and exceptionally comfortable double bed, a single sofa bed in the living area and a newly-fitted en-suite bathroom. This pied-à-terre is ideal to come back to after a hard day at work or an exhausting outing sightseeing or shopping.

Accommodation
Lower ground floor only. The property comprises a generous living/sleeping/cooking area and separate bathroom.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via gas central heating. The fully-fitted modern kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an electric oven and electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and table and chairs. The sleeping/living area has a built in wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, TV and DVD player. There is a modern luxury bathroom with shower. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board. There is a washing machine available at the property.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. No animals are allowed at the property. Regrettably smoking is not allowed. There is a cot (bedding provided) and highchair available on request.

General Booking Information
Arrival / Departure can be on any day.
Short breaks are available (minimum 3 nights).
£250 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.

Hoxton

Hoxton is a very diverse and multicultural district and one which has undergone massive regeneration in recent decades. Formerly known best as an area with huge social problems and a massive crime rate, parts of Hoxton are now very fashionable with a thriving arts scene in the south of the district for example.

Neighbouring Hackney will stage the main events during the 2012 London Summer Olympics, with many of the big events happening in the nearby Olympic Stadium, VeloPark, as well as the media building. This will be a hot spot for tourists and locals alike when the action starts.

Hoxton and its surrounding areas are steeped in history and culture stretching as far back as Anglo-Saxon Britain. However, Hoxton as we know it was established in the 18th century as a small hamlet and was engulfed as a major part of London in the 19th century. Hoxton, as with much of east London, was an area in decline. However, over the past 20 years with the increase in demand for more affordable housing and with the artists, designers and technology companies moving to east London, the area has become one of the most desirable and trendy areas in London.
