London Holiday Apartment

This fantastic first floor apartment in West Finchley is bright, comfortable, clean and spacious and is ideal for couples, families and sharers. The apartment is superbly priced and well-located. It is only a short walk to the shops and to West Finchley underground station which is on the Northern line and means that you can be in central London within 20-30 minutes. The apartment sits on the second floor of this residential property which is on a quiet and tree-lined residential street.

Accommodation
First floor only. The property comprises a generous open plan dining/living area with two double sofa-beds, a modern well-fitted kitchen, a large master bedroom with en-suite family bathroom and storage space.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating. The fully-fitted modern kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. In the living area there is a flat screen TV and DVD player. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. No animals are allowed at the property. Regrettably smoking is not allowed. There is a cot (bedding not provided) and high chair available.
Off-street parking is available for 3 cars and there is also street parking.

Finchley

Finchley is a very popular and affluent area of London. It is a residential area rich with places to go including restaurants, bars, parks, cinemas and many other attractions.

Finchley is incredibly well connected to central London via a choice of underground stations on the Northern line High Barnet branch (Woodside Park, West Finchley, Finchley Central and East Finchley). As well as benefitting from easy access into central London, it is also ideally located close to the M1 motorway, making it a great base for trips into London.

Finchley has a great leisure and arts scene with attractions including Britain's oldest cinema, The Phoenix Cinema in East Finchley, which first opened in 1910. Artsdepot Finchley in North Finchley is a hub for theatre, music and comedy nights whilst the Finchley Lido Leisure Centre, located on the site of the former 1930s famous Finchley Lido, boasts many great restaurants, a bowling alley, a cinema complex and an outdoor swimming pool.
